If your show was cancelled, your money will be refunded including fees (except UPS or InStore Pickup if applicable).  It should post to your account within 21 business days.   
No further action is required at this time. Refunds for cancelled shows will go to the customer who originally purchased the tickets. Our venues are currently closed, including the box office, but please hold onto your tickets and we will re-address customer service requests upon re-opening.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
